Cataxo provides WordPress themes, plugins, and digital tools. By purchasing a product, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Licensing (The GPL License)

All WordPress themes and plugins distributed by Cataxo are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) V2 or later.

You are free to modify our products for your personal or commercial projects.
However, the CSS, JavaScript, and Images used in our themes/plugins (that are not part of the core GPL library) may be subject to proprietary copyright.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

3. Product Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment, your product information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us via our support page. You can also download your purchased products by logging into your account on our Website.

4. Support Services

Support is provided only to customers with an active license key.

What We Cover: Installation help, fixing bugs in our products, and general usage questions.
What We Do NOT Cover: Customization services, third-party plugin compatibility issues, or hosting/server-related issues.
Support Channels: Support is offered primarily through our support@cataxo.com. We attempt to respond to queries within 24-48 hours (business days).

5. Updates and Renewals

Updates: Product updates (new features, bug fixes, security patches) are available as long as you have an active license.
License Validity: Licenses are valid for 1 year (unless you purchased a Lifetime deal).
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the annual term to ensure you don’t lose access to updates and support. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard.

7. Use of Free Online Tools

We provide various free online tools (SaaS) on our Website.

These tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
